Grape seeds – Anti-aging Champion
Grapes anti-aging secret is very simple but powerful. Research indicates that grapes contain 20 best known antioxidants that are playing a role in the prevention of many diseases. 1. One of the simplest hydrating and revitalizing procedure is applying few mashed grapes to your face and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash off with cold water and apply your favorite moisturizer.
2. An efficient procedure is mixing mashed grapes with a teaspoon of honey. Apply this mixture to the clean face and leave it for 15 minutes then wash off with cold water.
3. Another refreshing mask is to make a paste of 2 teaspoons of yoghurt, ½ teaspoon of lemon juice, ½ teaspoon of honey, 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix the paste with 7mashed grapes. Apply to your face and leave for 10 minutes than wash it off with warm water.
