Nina Ricci Fall 2011

Nina Ricci Fall 2011

Nina Ricci redefines the elegance again and again. Peter Cooping presented a beautiful and feminine collection of tailored suiting with corsetry details. We adore the waist-defining dresses and the glamorous sensuality of the lace that contrasts with oversized wrap coats.

The colors used in this collection vary from pastels baby blue, sea-green and blush to deep tones like forest green, burgundy and “Morello Cherry”. This proves that Cooping is a fantastic colorist. “I’d been looking at a lot of portraits of women by many artists. That’s where the depth of color came from, lots of them. But yep! Green is the color of the season for me.”, he declared.

If you define yourself as a romantic with a flair of drama this collection is definitely for you: sensual, desirable, exuberant and chic.
